Postmortem report says Fasih Jugnu died of torture
Karachi, Dec 1: A final report of the post mortem of an accused in Hakim Said's murder, Fasih Jugnu who died in police custody said that the cause of Fasih Ahmed's death was torture.
The report finalled by Chemical Examiner said that Fasih did not die due to poisoning neither it was natural.
The report further said that the real cause of the death was the torture mark bore on Fasih Jugnu's body when he was brought at the hospital.
It said that Jugnu was brought dead to the hospital at quarter past nine in the evening and according to a consensus decision Fasih died around 2 p.m. in the afternoon.
