PRIVATISATION
MQM is in favour of
privatisation in the national economy. MQM supports the principle
and practice of privatisation. It demands that all decisions for
privatisation must be taken in the national interest. No decision
must be taken which may be against the interests of the national
economy. MQM wants to be sure that on privatisation the interest
of the employees of the organisations that are privatised are
fully safeguarded and job security is provided.
MQM wants the income that is produced through privatisation to be earmarked for the payment of foreign loans and not utilised for the revenue expenditure of the Government.
