THE AGENCIES CANNOT DAMAGE THE MQM THROUGH CONSPIRACIES BUT MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DISMEMBERING THE COUNTRYALTAF HUSSAIN

London, 1 September 2004  The MQM leader Mr Altaf Hussain said that Intelligence Agencies were responsible for the dismemberment of Pakistan in 1971 and they have continued to conspire for the break-up of the remaining country.  The conspiracies cannot defeat a Movement but may cause an alteration in the national boundaries.  He was addressing the workers of MQM Labour division, simultaneously in Karachi and Hyderabad over the telephone.  He outlined the latest conspiracies hatched by the Agencies.  They (Agencies) can do their utmost to buy loyalties of MQM workers but they would undoubtedly fail, as the MQM loyalists are not for sale.  They rather sacrifice their lives than fall prey to the laurels offered by the Agencies.  They would defeat all the conspiracies as they have done before.

He reiterated that those responsible for creating gossips within the MQM will be defeated and the MQM shall remain intact.  He reminded the workers of labour division that during the 19 June 1992 Operation they remained steadfast and true to their cause and hoped that again they will defeat the conspirators and will never let their Altaf Bhai down.  He said that Hyderabad has always been a citadel of Altaf Hussain and the audience responded with a resounding, yes!   Finally, Mr Altaf Hussain advised the workers to maintain their unity and expose the conspiracies to the public in every nook and corner of Sindh.
