CONVERSATION BETWEEN ALTAF HUSSAIN AND TAJ MOHAMMAD LANGAH OVER THE TELEPHONE IN LONDON

Today, Mr Altaf Hussain, Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) had a conversation over the telephone with Mr Taj Mohammad Langah, leader of Pakistan Seraiki Party (PSP).  They discussed the present political situation and problems faced by the country.  During the discussion, Mr Taj Mohammad Langah welcomed the recent development towards the unity amongst the smaller nations of Pakistan.  Mr Hussain said that we do not desire to become the Masters of Sindh province nor do we wish to enslave anyone.  He stressed that our life and death is with the Sindh Dharti.  Mr Hussain asked Mr Langah to communicate his message to the Sindhi and Seraiki brothers that we should get united and struggle for the attainment of rights of the smaller nations.  He said that the Punjabi Establishment is continuing with its policy of “divide and rule”, therefore, we should get united and strengthen our unity to defeat this conspiracy.  Mr Hussain said that the Punjabi Establishment now stand isolated whereas all the oppressed nations, which are much greater in number, have united.  Mr Langah assured Mr Hussain that he would play his role to achieve the unity of oppressed nations.  Mr Hussain thanked Mr Langah on expressing his views and hoped that Mr Langah will use all his expertise and capabilities for the strengthening the unity of the smaller nations.
