ALTAF HUSSAIN EXPRESSES HIS PROFOUND SYMPATHY ON THE LOSS OF
LIVES AS A RESULT OF MASSIVE EARTHQUAKE IN BALOCHISTAN

 INSTRUCTS RABITA COMMITTEE TO IMMEDIATELY DISPATCH RELIEF TEAMS TO BALOCHISTAN, ESTABLISH RELIEF AND MEDICAL CAMPS

Mr Altaf Hussain, founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) expressed his profound sadness and sympathy over the loss of lives in Balochistan resulted due to a massive earthquake. He demanded of the Government to ensure all efforts are made to reach out the victims who shall be indemnified immediately, rehabilitated and medical emergencies are provided.

 

Mr Altaf Hussain also instructed the Central Co-ordination Committee (Rabita Committee) of the MQM to send relief teams immediately to Balochistan and also instructed the Local leaders and office bearers of the MQM in Balochistan to reach out to the victims and help them as well as establish Relief and Medical Camps in collaboration with its Charity Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation (KKF).

 

Mr Altaf Hussain said to the office bearers of the MQM and trustees of the KKF to provide medical facilities and also blankets and food provisions to the victims forced to live under the open sky in severe weather conditions.

 

Concluding his statement, Mr Hussain appealed to the philanthropists to donate as much as they can to Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation (KKF) to facilitate it to reach out to the victims to help.
