TERMING SUICIDAL ATTACKS AS REACTION TO DRONE ATTACK TANTAMOUNT
TO SHROUDING THE CRIME OF THE TERRORISTS – ALTAF HUSSAIN

Mr. Altaf Hussain, Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) said that the terrorist attacks recently at the mosques, shrines and religious places have killed many innocent people, who were not a part of the drone attacks in Pakistan, nor were they related to the drone attacks in any way, thus considering these attacks as a reaction to the drone attacks is equal to covering up the activities of the terrorists. He said this during a telephone conversation with the members of the different departments of the party present at Khursheed Begum Memorial Hall in Azizabad, Karachi. During this meeting members of the Rabita Committee were also present. During the conversation, Mr. Altaf Hussain said that the terrorists who attacked the shrine of Data Ganj Baksh killing many innocent men, women and children were not worthy of being called humans. Although our party has always been against the drone attacks, but all the people who are being killed in the terrorist attacks at different mosques, Imam bargahs, and marketplaces are all innocent, and are definitely not related to the drone attacks in any way. Everyone agreed with Mr. Altaf Hussain at this point, and showed their respect by raising their hands.
Mr. Altaf Hussain has requested the entire public, in all the provinces, especially the youth, not to support the ones who show their support to these terrorist attacks via making public speeches, or interviews. He has also appealed to the print and electronic media that they should not allow any interviews of the ones supporting these attacks in any way, and should be completely boycotted. He also appealed to the youngsters to form committees for the security of the mosques and shrines of our sufis and saints. He has also requested everyone to keep an eye for all suspicious men in their area and to contact security officials if they see anything suspicious, so that they may be arrested. He said that every city in every province should form committees to secure their neighborhoods’ and religious centers’, so that there is no further loss of human life. Mr. Altaf Hussain has asked every person of the country to forget what religion or culture they belong to, rather to work together to save the country, by keeping an eye on all suspicious activities, and not to sell or rent out their houses to unknown people.
