ON THE POLIO DAY KHIDMAT-E-KHALQ FOUNDATION (KKF) LAUNCHES A THREE-DAY POLIO VACCINATION CAMPAIGN IN KARACHI AND HYDERABAD

ON 21, 22 AND 23 AUGUST 2001

To help eradicate polio, the Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation (KKF), a renowned charitable organisation, is launching a Three-Day Polio Vaccination Campaign in Karachi and Hyderabad on 21, 22 &23 August 2001.

According to the facts and figures released by the UNICEF, “Of the twenty remaining polio-endemic countries, there are ten global priority countries that are the focus of the final phase of polio eradication. Five are poliovirus reservoirs where transmission is particularly intense. They are Bangladesh, Ethiopia, India, Nigeria and Pakistan.”

The three-day campaign aims to immunise all the children. Therefore, please come forward and help us in helping you.
