THE YOUTHS ARE THE FUTURE OF THE COUNTRY: MUSTAFA KAMAL

WAH CANTT: 5TH APRIL 2011

Member of the Co-ordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Mustafa Kamal has said the younger generation must come forward for playing practical role in saving the future of the country. He said this while speaking at a reception in honour of the senior students of Jinnah College Commerce Wah Cantt. Mr Mustafa Kamal was invited to the reception as the chief guest. Principal of the College Prof Syed Ali Imran and Director Mr Arshad Mughal also spoke on the occasion.

Mr Mustafa Kamal said that Pakistan is passing through a crucial time and the country needs a patriotic leadership belonging to the poor and middle class segment of the society. He said that the youths comprise 65 per cent of the population of the country and they can become a hope for the bright future of the country. He said that if the younger generation wanted good governance in the country and the solutions to the problems being faces by the people and if they wanted to see Pakistan as a civilized and autonomous country in the comity of nations, then they should work with a sense of responsibility towards their country.

Mr Mustafa Kamal said that the MQM is the only political party in the country that sends able, educated and honest people from the poor and middle class in the corridors of powers instead of selling party tickets like other political parties. He said that the MQM seeks to empower the poor and middle class people in order to raise a voice for their problems in the assemblies.  He said that the MQM is the last ray of the hope for the 98 per cent poor and middle class people of the country and it is because of the training and philosophy of MQM founder and leader Mr Altaf Hussain that a significant number of common people are representing people like themselves in the assemblies. He also invited the students to participate in large numbers in the grand public meeting being held by the MQM “Stabilising Pakistan” on 10th April in Lahore.
