Inspector General Police - Sindh Salahuddin Baber Khattak has put security on high alert and has also appealed to the people of Sindh that without their co-operation it is impossible to maintain peace and law & order. He has said, that if any new tenant has come in their neighborhood and if there is anything suspicious noticed, immediately inform the nearest police station. Not only that, but also if you come across any suspicious person, briefcase, bag or packets, immediately inform 15 about it. He also said that he has received information through reliable sources that some terrorists / anti-state elements have entered Sindh, especially in Karachi to destroy the city’s peace and law & order. PPC / IGP of Sindh has advised the RPO Sukker, Hyderabad and CCPO Karachi, to tighten the security at Mosques, Imam Bargahs & other worship institutions and to be vigilant & keep an eye on every person visiting these places. To do this, they can also take help from the organizers & volunteers of these institutions. All routes leading there should be under strict monitoring & also check any suspicious vehicles.
