Young MQM worker critically injured as a result of firing of armed
terrorists in Ranchore Line today, Bullet Pierced through the neck of Rizwan

Armed terrorist attacked and critically injured another young worker of the MQM in Rachore Line area today.

According to details armed terrorists’ opened indiscriminate fire on Rizwan S/O Fayyaz a worker of the Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Ranchor Line Sector near Lahoti Hotel on Sunday evening, 20th. April 2008. The bullet pierced through the neck of Rizwan who was immediately rushed to the Civil Hospital where his operation is in progress and doctors are trying to safe his life while his condition is reported to be critical.

 

Member of the MQM Co-ordination Committee Shahid Latif, Members of the Provincial Assembly Sindh Muqeem Alam Advocate, Mohammad Tahir Qureshi, Shoaib Ibrahim, Town Nazim Saddar Town, Mohammad Dilawer, Office bearers and workers of MQM Ranchore Line Sector rushed to the Hospital after having received the news.

 

Meanwhile, Co-ordination Committee of the MQM Strongly condemned the firing incident on Rizwan and termed it to be a naked terrorism. The Central Coordination Committee said that armed terrorists are continuously trying to destroy the peace of Karachi and the firing incident on Rizwan is part of this conspiracy. Committee said that yesterday Haqiqi terrorists killed two MQM workers Maqbool Ahmed and Abdur Razzaq and today another worker had been injured in Ranchore Line who is suffering between life and death in the hospital.

 

Members of the MQM Co-ordination Committee asked that those elements who are blaming the MQM in each incident should tell that who is killing the MQM workers? The Members of the Committee demanded of the President Pervez Musharraf, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Advisor to the PM for Interior Rehman Malik, Governor Sindh Dr. Ishrat-ul- Ibad, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah and Provincial Interior Minister Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza to arrest the perpetrators and give them exemplary punishment.
