REGION AND AROUND THE WORLD

Hussain has stated that the international scenario facing the world today may
bring about unimaginable and significant changes.
He stressed upon all the workers to observe the state of affairs in the
region and around the world. He was
addressing the reception at Azizabad Begum Hall in Karachi to honour the members
and workers of various wings and departments of the MQM, which was also attended
by the Members of MQM Coordination Committee.
He said that it is the responsibility of every member of the Movement to
analyse the current situation, occurrences and changes around the world in
general and of the region in particular with a view to be mentally prepared to
face the outcome and not to be caught unaware.
He further stressed that by being oblivious to what is happening around
the world may prove harmful for the Movement and its members. He said that in the light of changes around the world we must
plan strategies to tackle any situation in the benefit of our Movement.
Mr Hussain said that MQM workers irrespective of the language they speak
or the sect, fiqah or religion they belong to; are conscious and have
demonstrated courage, determination and resolve in the past and will continue to
do so in the future. He paid
tributes to workers of all wings and departments for performing their
organisational duties with vigour and devotion despite adverse conditions.
