Pakistan’s spy agency kidnaps Aziz Ansari, nephew of MQM founder leader Altaf Hussain
“Establishment is now playing dirty game of kidnapping relatives of Altaf Hussain in order to force him to accept what the establishment wants – Coordination Committee”
Pakistan’s spy agency on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 has kidnapped 52 year old Abdul Aziz Ansari alias Chand son of late Abdul Sattar Ansari, nephew of Father of Mohajir Nation and Muttahidda Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) founder leader Mr. Altaf Hussain. The agency had also kidnapped him in past. Ansari is real nephew of Mr. Hussain and is an employee of District Municipal Corporation (DMC) East, Karachi. He was kidnapped by the spy agency when he was coming out of his office, DMC East located in Gulshan-e Iqbal, Karachi. The spy agency personnel forced him to get in a double cabin vehicle after he was masked with cloth.
MQM Coordination Committee has strongly condemned the spy agency for this unlawful act.
The Committee said that Ansari has never been in any political party including MQM and he also never participated in any political activity in life. He lives in his house located in close vicinity of MQM headquarters, Nine Zero, in Azizabad, Karachi.
It also said that the kidnapped Ansari is son of Mr. Hussain’s cousin Ms. Iqbal Jehan, and the spy agency had also in past kidnapped him on Mar 11, 2015 when the paramilitary Rangers had raided the MQM headquarters, Nine Zero. The spy agency had also kidnapped Ansari’s friend Abdul Aziz. When he was first kidnapped in 2015, he was coming back home from a hospital where he had been for his son, who had been injured in an accident.
The Committee said that the spy agency has once again kidnapped him and taken to an undisclosed location.
It reminded that the spy agency had also on July 19, 2017 kidnapped Mr. Hussain’s first cousin Khalid Hussain from near his residence in North Nazimabad and despite the passage of six days, he has not been produced in any court of law and the kidnapping agency has not shared any information with his family in apex of anguish.
It said that these inhuman and barbaric tactics can never force Mr. Hussain to quit the mission of MQM that is for oppressed rights of Mohajir Nation. The establishment can never defeat Mr. Hussain with these cheap tactics.
The Committee said what else the establishment could do to Mr. Hussain after kidnapping his relatives in sheer frustration. Kidnapping Mr. Hussain’s relatives is worst of all human violations.
It demanded that the establishment should now stop these cruel tactics of kidnapping Mr. Hussain’s relatives in order to cause him to bow his head down, which they can never see,
The committee demanded the establishment to immediately release all of his relatives including Abdul Aziz Ansari, Khalid Hussain and all MQM workers.
It also appealed to human rights organisations to take notice of this sheer injustice and violations of human rights by the establishment and play their role for safe return of all the kidnapped.
