LONDON. Oct 14, 2018: Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) founder and leader Mr. Altaf Hussain has urged upon the Generals of Pakistan Army to constitute a powerful and fully autonomous “Truth and Reconciliation Commission – TRC” to pull out Pakistan of crises and put it on a track of self-reliance. The members of the TRC should comprise honest members of judiciary, the Judges, experts and academicians from social and history sides. The Pakistan Army Generals should tender their unconditional apology to the people who have been affected at their hands and they should accept their due rights and should pave ways for the speedy dispensation of justice.
This he said in his special address that was watched live by millions on social media.
He said that unlawful execution of any individual as well as corruption is both highly condemned and punishable crimes per Islamic laws and as compared to unlawful execution of an individual, corruption could be reversed. More than 22, 000 activists of the Movement have so far been unlawfully and extra judicially executed. More than 70, 000 Balouch have been extra judicially killed and 75, 000 people of tribal zones of Pakistan have also been eliminated under indiscriminate and careless bombardment.
Mr. Hussain said that the Chief Justice of the country’s apex court, Justice Mian Saquib Nisar has so far taken a number of suo motu notices on corruption but e has drastically ignored the extrajudicial executions of thousands of the citizens at the hand of the country’s security forces. The CJ is a lair, cunning and biased person and it is a sheer misery of the country and the people of the country that a liar and biased CJ is being imposed upon them.
He said that the ousted PM of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was forcefully jailed in the garb of corruption and his daughter was also awarded imprisonment sans any proof while those guilty of getting their bank loans waved off under political pressure have all been spared and ignored of any accountability. At the other, the sitting PM Imran Khan Niazi who has been found guilty of fathering an illegitimate daughter IN the United States of America has been declared as most honest person in Pakistan by the liar and biased CJ.
The founder and leader of the Movement said that the CJ declared a Police officer Rao Anwar as most courageous man despite the fact that he had extra judicially killed more than 450 innocent citizens in fake police encounters. At the other, teachers and academicians have been insulted by presenting them in court while they were handcuffed. They were humiliated. The killer cop Rao Anwar was produced in court without handcuffs and was allowed to move freely. This is totally insane and unacceptable. Now the CJ is shedding crocodile’s tears on handcuffing the academicians of Punjab. He is very cunning and deceiving.
Conversely, he continued to tell, Pakistan’s eminent academician and scholar Prof. Dr Hassan Zafar Arif was kidnapped, and held him in unlawful custody by the paramilitary Rangers in 2016 and again on Dec 8, 2017, the ISI kidnapped him and executed him in custody on Jan 14, 2018. The cunning CJ should explain as why he is shedding crocodile’s tears on seeing Punjab University teachers in handcuffs and why he ignored Prof. Arif’s extrajudicial murder by the security force of the country?
He urged upon the CJ that he should at least now order for judicial probe of Prof. Arif’s custodial assassination at the hands of country’s security forces.
He said that it is the law of the country that no serviceman is qualified for a job until two years after his retirement but country’s army chief General (Retd.) Rahil Sharif soon after his retirement joined Saudi military coalition as commander and under what law was he allowed. He is guilty of mass murders of Yemeni Muslims.
Mr. Hussain asked why his house popularly known as Nine Zero, where more than 300 persons were served with cooked food three times a day has been sealed and those 300 hundred hungry men and women have been denied of access to free food?
He said that the security forces of the country are butchering the innocent Mohajirs in Karachi and other zones of Sindh in the garb of military crackdown. The Army has on gun point occupied Balouchistan and now many zones in Balouchistan have been sold to China. Balouch population of those zones has been rendered homeless on gun point and the youth of Balouchistan are routinely executed and their mutilated bodies have been found dumped on scattered spots. Massive mass graves have been found in areas of Balouchistan. Today, Balouch people are fighting for their rights of separate land away from Pakistan’s dominance and federation and it would not be far from now if Mohajirs would also lift arms for their usurped rights, freedom and a separate homeland. The army should immediately stop butchering Balouch and Mohajir youth, unseal the Nine zero and establish a flawless speedy system of justice in Pakistan.
He said that he had in past cooperated with Pakistan’s military establishment and fulfilled all the commitments but the military establishment did not keep any of the promise they made to the Movement. They did not also keep their commitment for providing justice and even they extra judicially executed my brother Nasir Hussain and nephew Arif Hussain. The intelligence authority of the military establishment, ISI, had twice under DG ISI late General Hammed Gul and General Asad Durrani offered money in bribe which he had refused to accept and then the military establishment launched a deadliest crackdown on the Movement in 1992. Brigadier Imtiaz (retired) has told the people of the country on TV that he (Altaf Hussain) had refused to accept that bribe.

He said that country’s army should represent all four provinces and zones and should remove the perception that it is only from Punjab.
He said that once on the occasion of arrest and life imprisonment of PML-N’s leader Hanif Abbasi, the PML-N supporters chanted slogans against Pakistan army but the army did not take any action. JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman also made a hate speech against the army and ISI but no action was yet initiated while embargo was imposed on him and his house, Nine Zero was sealed. The military establishment has to end with this discrimination and should also stop declaring people as traitors.
He said that Mohajir men and women were subjected to torture and arbitrary arrest when they had visited Martyrs’ monument in Azizabad, Karachi but the extremists of TLP were not only spared but they were also awarded with cash prizes despite that they had set public property on fire, damned the Supreme Court and held the twin city of Rawalpindi and Islamabad hostage for many days. This double standard should be ended immediately.
He announced that as and when the Nine Zero would be unsealed, only those workers would take charge and control of it who dared to stay loyal to him and the Movement on Aug 22, 2016.
