MQM USA CENTRAL OFFICE OPENS IN CHICAGO

City Council Ward 50th elected representative, Mrs. Alderman Debra Silverstein and Democratic Member of Senate of Illinois Mr. Ira Silverstein inaugurated the office.

CHICAGO. April 15, 2018: MQM has opened its office in Chicago at Dave Inn. City Council Ward 50th elected representative, Mrs. Alderman Debra Silverstein and Democratic Member of Senate of Illinois Mr. Ira Silverstein inaugurated the office.

On the occasion were present MQM U. S. A. Central Organiser Suhail Shams, CEC Member Suhail Yousufzai, MQM Chicago Chapter in-charge Adnan Qureshi and members Fahad Khan, Rashid Mushtaq and party affiliates.

Honourable guests were presented special souvenirs on behalf of MQM founding leader Mr. Altaf Hussain.

MQM officers on the occasion briefed the American guests of atrocities on the Mohajirs, their arbitrary arrests without lawful charge and their genocide at the hands of Pakistan’s military force, embargo on Mr. Altaf Hussain and his four decade long struggle for the Mohajir Nation.

Mrs. Silverstein appreciated Mr. Hussain for his untiring struggle for his Mohajir Nation and told the MQM leaders on the spot that he always feels happy and comfortable whenever he comes to any of party office because of the discipline and decorum.

He deplored the embargo on Mr. Hussain.

Mr. Silverstein expressed deep concern, grief and shock on genocide of the Mohajirs in Pakistan particularly the cold blooded assassination of thinker Prof. Dr Hassan Zafar Arif. She said teachers have high esteem in all civilised societies but it was so shocking to hear that a teacher was picked and killed because he was standing besides the victims.

He stressed upon respect to human rights in Pakistan.
