Supreme Court's judgement in favour of Imran Khan per script of invisible force: Altaf Hussain

SC’S JUDGMENT IN FAVOUR OF IMRAN KHAN PER SCRIPT OF INVISIBLE FORCE: ALTAF HUSSAIN

“The constitution is clear on punishment of breaching the constitution and holds all facilitators as guilty and punishable - “The SC judges, who facilitated the dictators, are also guilty and punishable for being accessory to crime.”

LONDON. December 15, 2017: Muttahidda Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) founder leader Mr. Altaf Hussain has said that the Supreme Court’s (SC) judgment on petition against PTI Chairman Imran Khan was per script of the invisible force and the absolutely controversial judgment has endorsed reservations, objections and concerns of leaders of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN).

This he said in his fresh audio message he gave in reaction to SC’s controversial judgment, on Friday, Dec 14, 2017 here in London, which was heard on social media across the world.

What is happening in Pakistan is well dictated by the “Invisible Force” and it is not for the first time as all previous judgments given by the SC were made at the behest of that invisible force, he said.

The SC protected all dictators despite they breeched and suspended the constitution, which is a crime and treason but the SC had always facilitated the dictators by creating the law of necessity, he deplored.

“The constitution is clear on punishment of breaching the constitution and holds all facilitators as guilty and punishable”, he said. “The SC judges, who facilitated the dictators, are also guilty and punishable for being accessory to crime.”

The leader of the Movement Mr. Hussain said that the SC had dismissed an elected Prime Minster Mian Nawaz Sharif on the basis of hiding his employment in his son’s company sans drawing emolument, which was fixed. However, in this case against Imran Khan, the SC in its judgment declared that he was neither director nor share holder of his offshore company Niazi Services Limited despite that Imran Khan had admitted publicly to own that offshore company, which in his own words was established to evade taxes.

The SC had brushed aside Imran Khan’s confession and did not take it into account. In other words, the SC declared him as most pious man with angelic character, lamented the leader of the Movement Mr. Hussain.

Let us suppose for a minute Imran Khan was neither the director nor shareholder of his offshore company Niazi services Limited then what was he – a peon and one of janitorial staffers?, he asked.

Can sensible persons particularly Pakistan’s citizens in Pakistan and abroad hold such a judgment as correct and just? he questioned.

The leader of the Movement Mr. Husain categorically declared the SC’s judgment as biased and partial and endorses the complaints, reservations and objections of leaders of PMLN as valid and based on facts and truth.

It is astonishing, the leader of the Movement went on stating, that the PTI Chairman is praising the SC for the judgment in his favour but is criticising the apex court for declaring his party leader Jehangir Khan Tareen as disqualified and asserts that the SC had disqualified his partner on sheer technical grounds.

If Imran Khan really respects the apex court then he should expel his disqualified partner from PTI, which he has not done till now, laughed the leader of the Movement Mr. Hussain.

While taking the post-judgment aspects into account, Mr. Hussain categorically stated that it is talk of the town that the SC has favoured Imran Khan and his partner Tareen has been made an scapegoat. Senior lawyers from SC Bar Association and other experts on law are flaying the SC judgment and the SC is worst criticised in history this day.

However, there are selective politicians that are supporting the SC on this entirely controversial judgment so these politicians are advised not to slam the apex court on sentencing Zulfiquar Ali Bhutto’s judicial execution on charges of murder but should accept that sentence as lawful and therefore, they should stop calling him a martyr but a murderer, argued the leader of the Movement Mr. Hussain.

Mr. Hussain warned that since the SC has ignited a fire so it would engulf the entire Punjab into flames and would provoke the people.

It is imperative to expel and restrict the invisible force from meddling into political and judicial maters if sovereignty and safety of the country is of pivotal importance or else this practice would drive the country to extreme devastation, concluded the leader of the Movement Mr. Hussain.
