Mr Altaf Hussain, Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), in a statement issued from London has humbly requested to all the renowned and well-educated individuals, intellectuals, historians and religious scholars of Pakistan to let him know the correct definition of Nazaria-e-Pakistan.

Mr Hussain said that he would be grateful if the intellectuals, historians and religious scholars spare some time from their busy schedule to acquaint him with the answers of the following questions:

1.  What is the correct definition of Nazaria-e-Pakistan?

2.  Does the Constitution of 1973 define or describe the correct definition or meaning of Nazaria-e-Pakistan?

3.  Did the Founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah say or used the word Nazaria-e-Pakistan during Pakistan Movement or after the creation of Pakistan?

4.  Did Quaid-e-Azam ever use the term Nazaria-e-Pakistan in his speech of 11 August 1947, while addressing the Constituent Assembly?

5.  Does the Constitution of Pakistan reflect any semblance of Nazaria-e-Pakistan in its true spirit?

7.  Are the courts of law including the higher courts and the Supreme Court functioning in accordance with the Nazaria-e-Pakistan or in accordance with the laws made by the British Empire?
