ALTAF HUSSAIN GREETS MUSLIM UMMAH ON THE OCCASION OF EID-UL-AZHA THE TRADITION
OF HAZRAT IBRAHIM (AS) SHOULD BE FOLLOWED IN ITS TRUE SPIRIT

Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has extended heartiest greetings of Eid-ul-Azha to the Muslims living in Pakistan and other parts of the world. In a message on the occasion of the Eid Mr Hussain said that the poor and deserving people affected by the heavy flooding should also be joined in the happiness of the Eid. Mr Hussain said that the tradition of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) should be performed in its true spirit. We should not forget the poor and the needy people on this occasion. The tradition of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) enjoins upon us to sacrifice the best in way of Allah for His pleasure. Mr Hussain prayed for the martyrs of the movement and said that the just struggle would definitely achieve its destiny one day because of the supreme sacrifices given by the martyrs. He directed the office-bearers of the MQM to remember the family members of martyrs and share the happiness of the Eid with them. He asked them to make every effort to win their hearts. Mr Hussain extended Eid greetings to the MQM office-bearers, workers Of Muttahida Quami movement Mr Hussain prayed Almighty Allah that the Eid may augur well for the country and brings in its fold peace, progress, prosperity and an end to terrorism.

 

ALTAF HUSSAIN OFFERED EID PRAYER IN LONDON

LONDON: 6TH NOVEMBER 2011

Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain offered the Eid-ul-Azha prayer in a local Masjid in London. Members of the Co-ordination Committee of the MQM in London and office-bearers of the International Secretariat of the party were along with him. Mr Hussain made special prayers to Almighty Allah for the survival and security of the Pakistan, deliverance of the country from internal and external threats, success for the struggle and for raising the stature of the martyrs of the movement. He later mingled with the people and exchanged Eid greetings.
