ALTAF HUSSAIN WANTS PEACE AND TRANQUILITY RESTORED IN HANGU

LONDON: 3^RD MARCH 2011

Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr Altaf Hussain has strongly condemned the blast in Hangu near a police check post in which four people were killed and several others wounded. He said that those behind such dastardly attacks in the country are open enemies of the state and want to create chaos and anarchy in the country by such activities. He said that the government must make serious efforts to check the increasing activities of the terrorists and restore peace in Hangu and other areas that have been made a constant target of the deadly activities of the terrorist elements. He said that it is the foremost duty of the government to protect the life and property of its people and create an environment conducive to peaceful living. He hoped that the government would utilize all available resources to restore peace in Hangu

ALTAF HUSSAIN TO ADDRESS RESIDENTS OF DEFENCE AND CLIFTON ON 4^TH MARCH

KARACHI: 3^RD MARCH 2011

Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr Altaf Hussain will address a gathering of the residents of Defence and Clifton on 4^th March 2011 at 7:00 pm in the evening.The programme is being organized by the Defence and Clifton Residents Committee of MQM and will be held adjacent at DCRC office near Do Talwar. The DCRC has requested the residents of Defence and Clifton to participate in the programme. All arrangements for the programme have been finalized.
