DOCTORS TO CARRY OUT RESEARCH TO FIND THE CURE OF AIDS AND CANCER – ALTAF HUSSAIN

THE ONLY REWARD IS THAT IF MY IDEAS CAN BE USED TO BENEFIT THE HUMANITY

London –2 February 2000

Mr Altaf Hussain, MQM Founder and Leader, has said that for curing a disease it is necessary to decide what type of medicine should be used and in which form. In a similar manner, for solving a problem or problems it is necessary to determine the right method and approach. He was addressing over the telephone the study circle of Graduate Forum in Karachi. Apart from members of Graduate Forum, a large number of allopathic and homeopathic doctors attended the study circle.

Mr Hussain said that there is a reverse effect of medicine in the homeopathic treatment as compared to the allopathic treatment. In allopathic, greater the concentration of medicine – higher will be the potency. Whereas in homeopathy, the dilution of the medicine increases the potency. Mr Hussain said that in homeopathy, the high potency medicine is diluted to an extent that the solution does not contain even a single molecule of the medicine. If a high potency medicine of homeopathy is tested in the laboratory, we will see that it does not contain a single molecule of that medicine. In spite of this fact, this medicine is used to treat the disease or illness and is effective. The question arises that if the solution of the medicine does not contain even a single molecule of the actual medicine then what is the content of that medicine which effectively treats the illness. Actually, when the medicine is diluted to a very high degree, it looses all the molecules but it still possesses the energy of the medicine and this energy affects the disease. Furthermore, energy cannot be seen but can be felt. Similarly, in homeopathic treatment, high potency medicine contains the medicine in the form of energy, therefore, it cannot be seen in the solution but it affects the disease. Mr Hussain said that in homeopathic medicine, a medicine in crude form has a different effect as compared to when it is diluted and its potency increased. In other words, if this medicine is given in potentise/high potency form – it will have a reverse effect.

Mr Hussain said that to solve our problems we should decide where to use the solution in "crude form" and where to use the solution in "potentise form". Meaning where to struggle in crude form and where in refined form. For example, one way is to come forward and face the problems openly while another way is to struggle while remaining in the background. Both these methods can be utilised according the situation.

In the past, conventional methods were used to fight wars - armies could be seen standing opposite each other but in the present world, wars can also be fought without physically being opposite each other. It means to use the refined form of military and economic strength against the enemy – in this form of war, armies do not physically stand opposite each other but the war continues. Like in the diluted and potentised form of homeopathic medicine, the medicine cannot be seen; similarly, psychological wars are fought without having to face the enemy.

Mr Hussain said that similarly, the duty of the Army is to guard the borders and to use its force/strength against the enemies for the betterment of the country. But if the Army takes control of the country’s administration, runs the affairs of the country and employs the State power against its own people then this act instead of solving the problems, heightens them. Instead of curing the disease, this act further aggravates it resulting in the death of the patient. Mr Hussain said that in a similar manner it should be analysed for the cure to the ills of our society that where to use the solution in "crude form" and where to use it in "diluted form". Mr Hussain said that when homeopathic medicine is used in diluted form, it contains the energy of the medicine; therefore, it cannot be seen. When a human being is alive, the heartbeats, pulse runs and the body moves but when a human being dies, neither the heartbeats nor the pulse runs or the body moves. It is interesting to note that the body, heart and arteries are the same but only one thing is missing resulting in the death. This thing is known as "soul". Like energy, no one has ever seen a "soul"; therefore, it is thought that soul is a form of energy. To explain further, a patient of cardiac arrest is treated with electric shocks at the last stage and sometimes it results in the restoration of heartbeat and the human being becomes alive again. Similarly, take the recent example of the birth of the Dolly Sheep through genetic engineering. For this purpose, the scientists took out a cell from the sheep; the nucleus of the cell was replaced with a nucleus of another cell. Then this cell was provided with an electric current. As soon as the current was passed through the cell, it became alive. This cell was then transported into the womb and nurtured. Keeping this in view, it could be concluded that soul is like energy because energy also cannot be seen.

Mr Hussain said there is an electromagnetic system of the body, which controls the body. Similarly, emotions are also in the form of electromagnetic energy, which are the product of the reaction of our sub conscious. It is for this reason that before birth, emotions of the mother (because they are in the form of electromagnetic energy) are transported to the child and affects the genetic make-up of the child. For instance, a married couple love each other and the wife is pregnant – if in this situation the husband suddenly dies due to some tragedy then the wife will naturally feel grieved and her emotions will transfer into the unborn child. As a result, the child will be born with the feelings of "suppressed grief". Similarly, if a pregnant wife is being roughly treated by her husband and in-laws, then her emotions of anger and distress will be transferred to the newly born child and he will possess the emotions of "suppressed anger". Mr Hussain said that for this reason, when the mother is pregnant, her husband and his family should show positive attitude and positive behaviour towards the mother to prevent her from distress and tension. Moreover, if the attitude towards the mother is positive and during pregnancy, she does not suffer any distress or tension then in this condition the newly born child will be healthy not only physically but also mentally. On the other hand, if the mother experiences emotional grief, sorrow, anger or tension then as a result the mental condition of the newly born child will be unhealthy.

Mr Hussain further explained that the human brain is divided into two parts i.e. conscious and sub conscious. What is the difference between them? He said, "as far as I am aware, conscious is that part of the brain which covers the peripherals. It tells us about the placement, colour, right and wrong, warm and cold, about the atmosphere etc. If the conscious of a human being is dead then he or she will be considered physically dead. Similarly, if the conscious of a nation is dead then that nation despite being physically alive will be considered as "dead". It is the conscious, which creates reaction, through this conscious we like or dislike things. For example amongst flowers, someone likes the rose whereas some like jasmine. Similarly, if we take the example of colours – some like pink, some like red, some like yellow, some like blue or some might like green. In this process of liking and disliking, the conscious sees things. Whereas the stored information in the sub conscious according to the body chemistry and genetic information is transferred to the conscious and then the conscious of a human being decides to like or dislike certain colours, flowers or an odour. For example if we are in a garden with lots of flowers of different colour – but from all these flowers we tend to like a few more than others and our emotions compel us to go near them. The conscious informs us of what is right, what is wrong, and as a result, we hate bad and wrong things.

Sub conscious is the deeper layer of the brain and stores in the form of records the experience and history of evolution of millions of years. These records are not stored in our active memory but they are present in our passive memory so that they cannot regularly disturb our conscious and its functions. If this huge record had been present in our conscious then it would have created a great confusion and anxiety by interfering with our conscious, which deals with day-to-day dealing, situation and occurrences.

Mr Hussain said, "Here I would like to put an interesting question – is love produced by the conscious or the sub conscious?" He said, " I would like to clarify that there is a great difference between "love" and "lust". When a human being reached the age of puberty, his sex hormones start to function, which attracts the human being towards the opposite sex. The pressure of sex hormones is behind this attraction – the conscious informs of the presence of opposite sex and the human beings are attracted towards it. If we say that love and affections are the product of our consciousness but conscious practices reasoning and we have witnessed that, all the reasoning is of no use in the matters of love and affection. It proves that love and affection is not produced by the conscious but in fact is the product of our sub conscious. Similarly, affection with the religion is also a product of our sub conscious. For example, on the one hand, no woman ever consciously accepts a second wife for his husband but on the other, she has faith in the religion that allows men to marry more than once. This also reflects that love, affection and attachment to the religion are not the product of consciousness but are product of the sub consciousness. He said that this is not a conclusion rather it is a debatable issue and needs serious thinking and academic debate.

Mr Hussain said, "Keeping in view the basic theory of homeopathic treatment I have evolved certain ideas for the cure of fatal diseases, which I would like to share. If you feel it appropriate then further research and experiments could be carried out." He said that in homeopathy, if the medicine is used in crude form then its effect is very much different (reverse) from when it is used in dilute form and it is potentised. In AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) the immune system of human body is destroyed. Usually during organ transplantation, for example during kidney transplantation, the allopathic doctors prescribe the patient with a medicine to weaken the body immune system. Because when an external organ is transplanted, it results in the production of antibodies and this will generate the antibodies – antigen reaction, which is lethal for the body. Therefore, to suppress the immune system a medicine "cyclosporine" is used that weakens the immune system of the body. Now if "cyclosporine" is "potentised" then its effect will be reversed and will strengthened the immune system of the body. Similarly, it can be used to cure AIDS by strengthening the immune system, which has been weakened. Working on the similar theory, the cure of "cancer" can also be invented. Today, it has been proved that the genes of every human being possess cancer spots. If these cancer spots in the genes are potentised, then it will have a reverse effect and instead of spreading cancer, it will bring an end to it. Similarly, if a cell of the diseased part of the body is taken out and the portion responsible for that disease is extracted from the gene and then this extracted portion is potentised and used as a medicine - it might cure the disease. In this way cure for every disease and illness can be discovered.

Mr Hussain said, "I had these ideas in my mind for the cure of certain diseases, which I have put forward to you. I know that these are just ideas and research and experimentation can be carried out, which will require huge amount of money. The sole purpose of putting forward my ideas in front of you is to benefit the humanity. If experiments are carried out in the light of my ideas and as a result some effective cure of the diseases can be invented then it will benefit humanity and that will be my reward."

Mr Hussain said, "I would like to mention that basically I am a student, passing through the process of learning with keen interest in acquiring knowledge. No idea or theory is final and always has room for improvement. Therefore, I would be personally grateful to those who will correct me of the points and ideas I have raised today."

In the end Mr Hussain requested all the doctors and students involved with research to send him their ideas and analysis on the points mentioned above on the following fax or email address. He said that he would be most thankful to them.
