resolution for Saraiki province: Altaf Hussain Muttahida
Quami Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has said that his
party will support the creation of Saraiki and Hazara
province in the National Assembly. Addressing a public
gathering in Multan on Friday, Altaf Hussain said that MQM
will fully support the creation of a Saraiki province in the
National Assembly and the Senate. He directed the MQM’s
parliamentarian to move resolution in the NA regarding
creation of Saraiki province. He said that his party would
set the masses free of the feudal system. He urged the
politicians to come and sit for the creation of new

MQM WILL TRANSLATE WORDS INTO ACTION IF IT COMES INTO POWER
LONDON: 14TH DECEMBER 2011 Founder and Leader of
Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said
that he would make important announcements regarding the
establishment of a Saraiki province, and for the rights of
the deprived people living in southern Punjab. In a video
message to the people of Punjab Mr Hussain said that the MQM
would translate its words into action if it came into power.
He hoped that the people of Multan, particularly the people
of southern Punjab, would assert themselves on 23rd
December by coming to the MQM public meeting in large
numbers and would make it the largest in the history of
Multan. He praised the workers of the MQM Multan Zone for
their dedication and hard work and hoped that they would
work like the “jinnati karkuns” of the other cities for
making the public meeting a big success. He appealed to the
philanthropic people to donate generously for the MQM as it
was the only political party of the poor and middle-class
people, and they were no feudal lords and super-rich people
in the MQM. He asked them to play an active role in the
struggle for the rights of the poor and middle-class people
in the country.
