MOEEN AKHTAR WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED AS A GREATE ARTISTE: ALTAF HUSSAIN

The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has expressed his heartfelt grief and sorrow over the death of world-famous legendary artiste Moeen Akhtar. He said that Moeen Akhtar was a big name in the world of radio, television, film and stage and his sad demise is a great tragedy for the Pakistani nation as well as his admirers throughout the world. He said that Moeen Akhtar was a great artiste who used to bring smiles to the faces of people afflicted with grief and misery in a matter of time. He said that artistes like Moeen Akhtar are not born every day. He said that he was not only a great artiste but a noble human being as well. He said that Moeen Akhtar used to help the needy people.

Mr Altaf Hussain further said that Moeen Akhtar carried forward the name of Pakistan throughout the world and he will always be remembered by the people of Pakistan for his great services in the field of performing art. He said that his name will shine brightly in the annals of history.  He said that he was personally grieved at the sad news of the death of Moeen Akhtar. He prayed Allah to shower his blessings on the departed soul and give courage and fortitude to his family members and admirers to bear this great loss. He also asked the MQM office-bearers and workers to attend the funeral of the great artiste in large numbers.
